About
Background
In 2019, Adrienne (Director of Alaboo Charity) travelled to Kenya with her husband Nick to meet her friend Bishop Noah. Alaboo Charity all started with a donation to help build a Sabbath church. The church was then used as an early years program during the week to provide a meal and fun learning to the little ones of Kahuho. When COVID-19 hit, the school tripled in size when children came with the hope of receiving a meal. We feel blessed to receive more children and believe that all provisions will be met to provide meals and education to the students of Saint Elizabeth Mission School.
Our Mission
To address the needs of the children and orphans in the small community of Kahuho, Kenya who are attending the Saint Elizabeth School. We provide a loving and safe environment for learning while also providing a nutritious breakfast and lunch to the students.
Our Vision
Our short-term vision is to expand the school by purchasing more land for farming and developing. Our long-term vision is to provide a mission house in Nakuru and Kahuho Kenya for visitors to come and volunteer on various projects in the community.
Board of Directors
Our Board is located both in Kenya and Canada
